
In a bowl, combine Second House brand Falafel Powder Mix/Classic and water.
Cover and set aside for at least 30 minutes prior to use.
Heat oil to 350°F. Form patties using falafel mold or, using wet hands, hand pack.
Cook falafel 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Remove from oil and drain any excess oil.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Place falafel on baking sheet and bake 5 minutes on each side until crunchy and golden brown.
